TRAWSGRYCH is a traditional five bedroom 17th Century detached Welsh stone farmhouse, tastefully renovated whilst retaining the essence of its natural charm. It is situated on a working hill-sheep farm beside a mountain stream. Trawsgyrch benefits from a private wood-burning hot-tub.
Heated with electric night storage heaters Trawsgrych sleeps up to 9. Enjoy peace, tranquility and space with a large group of friends or family. The ground floor is all open-plan. There is a Kitchen/ diner with dishwasher and washing machine; lounge with inglenook fireplace, wood-burning stove, downstairs toilet with hand basin. There is a 50 inch Smart TV with Freesat. Walking up the 400 year old staircase you will find two double bedrooms; one with ensuite shower, one twin bedroom, a single bedroom and family bathroom with bath. On the second floor there is one twin bedroom and another living area with sofas and TV with DVD player.
Outside you will find a decked area with outdoor seating and wood-fired hot-tub. Trawsgyrch cottage aslso benefits from having its own fire-pit area and gas BBQ. There is also a wooden play tower with slide located on the lawn - great for young children.
Trawsgyrch cottage has WIFI, it is likely it will not be as good as internet access in cities but it is fine for emails, social media and Netflix.
There is a stairgate fitted to the bottom of the stairs.
Dogs are allowed in this cottage by arrangement at an extra charge of £15 per dog (Weekend/Mid-Week) and £25 per dog (Week) You can add these during the booking process.
Logs are charged at £3.00 per crate and £3.00 per kindling bag for the wood-burning stove and hot-tub. You must pay for these in cash on your departure
