Beds are made up and all towels provided in all cottages. Where there is a '+' sign electricity is meter-read and charged at 6p a unit for 7 hours at night and 15p the rest of the time. Logs are charged for as used in all cottages with wood-burning stoves.
Weekly lets are usually 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday with three exceptions: Tawny Owl, Trallwm Farmhouse and Trawsgyrch are 4pm Friday until 10am the following Friday. One well behaved dog will be allowed in Siskin, Nant-Garreg, Tawny Owl and Trawsgyrch at a cost of £20 by arrangement.
Non refundable deposit £95 per week (£150 for Trawsgyrch), 50% of balance for a short break, payable to 'Trallwm Forest Cottages Ltd'. The balance is due two week before arrival. Cancellation insurance is recommended
