SISKIN, named after the pretty yellow woodland bird that is often seen here, is a detached one bedroom converted stone barn with much character. It is situated within our working forest. It provides the perfect relaxing retreat for a couple. It would also suit a single person seeking the peace and tranquillity that the forest has to offer.

On the ground floor there is a lounge with two large comfy armchairs to curl up in by the wood-burning stove. The TV has BBC 1, 2, 3 & 4 and all radio channels. There is a payphone. The kitchen/ diner has a tabletop washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a shower room with shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom that looks out into the forest behind the cottage. There is an ample selection of books to get into and enjoy during your stay at SISKIN.

One well-behaved dog is allowed, by arrangement only, for an additional fee of £20 per week.
