All cottages require a non-refundable deposit of £95 to confirm the booking.

The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks before arrival. 

Please make cheques payable to ‘Trallwm Forest Cottages Ltd.’

Cancellation insurance is recommended. 

All the names of guests staying in the cottage must be given to the proprietor prior to arrival.

All the ages of children (under 16 years) must be provided.

The Guest Information folder must be read on arrival and adhered to.

Pets

No pets allowed without permission

No pets allowed upstairs or on the furniture

Additional Costs

If staying in Siskin, Nant Garreg, Tawny Owl, Trawsgyrch or Trallwm Farmhouse all electricity used must be paid for in cash at the end of your stay.

Any firewood used must be paid for in cash at the end of your stay.

On day of departure please vacate the cottage by 10am unless other arrangements have been made with the proprietor.  

Breakages and Damage

Any breakages or damage to the property must be reported to the proprietor.
